For those borrowers with up-to-date financial statements covering the last two years, we lend up to 85% of the value of the commercial property. For those without detailed financial statements, we can provide "Quick" and "Low" or "Lite Doc" loans up to 75% of the value of the commercial property based upon self-certification of your ability to repay the commercial loan. Some acceptable commercial types of security are:

  • Rural (income producing) property
  • Industrial units, factories & warehouses
  • Commercial office space
  • Residential unit blocks of >4 units
  • Shops & mixed use commercial/residential

For borrowers looking to raise between $250,000 and $5 million, our process is geared towards being simple, quick and flexible. Our mortgage products are available with terms up to 25 years, up to 85% LVR (for transactions up to $2 million) and have an option for self certification of income. It is important to distinguish that we provide a commercial mortgage product and therefore the advance is made against the market value of the property, excluding goodwill and any fixtures or fittings.
